Camp Silver Bear

A one room rustic cottage with queen bunk beds, 2 comfortable chairs, a covered porch with chairs, a picnic table alongside a propane grill, and an outhouse. There is no electricity. We have non potable water for cleaning and bathing purposes, it is NOT for consuming. Firewood($5) and fire starters($2) available for purchase at the cabin. Bring your own bedding, lights and cooking supplies. *water will be shut off October 1st* We have a fire pit with chairs, and an outdoor gas grill(we supply the propane). Fire wood can be purchased on site for $5 a bundle. There are 3 parking spots available at the cabin and only steps away from the front door. We live right next door so we will be able to assist in a timely manner and available via cell phone 24/7. fishing, biking, swimming, skiing, ice climbing, kayaking, nature walks, and hiking which can all be done in Keene/Keene Valley. The cottage has NO electricity. There is an outhouse. You will need to bring your own water for drinking , bedding, lights and cookware. We supply non potable water from a garden hose for cleaning and bathing. *not available October - May. There is a propane heater inside for warmth(we provide the propane). We supply hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, a lighter, wine bottle opener, games, fire wood($5) and fire starter ($2) for purchase and propane for the grill.
