Cozy Cottage on a Private Pond

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage Comfortable and cozy. Relax in the sun room, grille out on the deck, eat at the picnic table or enjoy a campfire by the pond. Swim or kayak in the crystal clear water of the private spring fed pond. The fishing is great ! ( we catch and release). The Cape does get crowded in the summer but our cottage is located about 5 miles before the Cape Cod Canal. There are 2 bridges to get over the canal and the traffic can be heavy. It's much less crowded where we are located and you still can enjoy the Cape Cod experience. Entire home, deck and dock.There are Kayaks, paddles, lifejackets,and fishing rods in the basement. There is a gas grill on the deck and a firepit with some wood by the pond, There's Fios TV in the living room and a Roku in master bedroom Quiet neighborhood Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Onset Beech is just a few miles away. There you will find good fishing and canal cruises, and good cafes and restaurants. Onset has a free summer concert series in park.
