On The River 2

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities in the western area of Maine. This space sleeps 4 people has the Carrabassett river view in all rooms except for the bathroom. It has an electric fireplace on faux (painted) river rocks in the living room. It has a queen sofa sleeper. 40 inch Roku TV. The bedroom has a king size bed with a writers desk and sitting area. The closet has extra pillows, sheets and blankets for the sofa sleeper. If that isn't enough, more blanket are in the dresser between the 2 chairs. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs with oils, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and herbs. The dining table seats 4. There is a leaf to extend the table for extra guests. The bathroom is small which holds a full size tub, a small pedestal sink and a toilet. The closet between the bathroom and the kitchen has plenty of extra towels, shampoo and toilet paper along with cleaning supplies. Litter box in its housing on the floor in the closet by bathroom. I have wifi and contact information on the fridge and on the operational manual. Note: If you cant reach me on my cell or I'm on location elsewhere without wifi and cell servics, call my landline and my husband and kids will gladly to help and answer any questions. Also has a resident kitty name Lucy Lu who loves everyone. There is parking in the front of the apartment to unload and may stay overnight between April through November. In winter, after unloading, please move vehicle to back of the building by the river. Located in the historic downtown Kingfield along the Carrabassett River with gallery, restaurants, convenient store, post office, bank all walkable from one another. Stanley Museum is 2 blocks away. Grocery store a mile north, 20 minute short drive up to Sugarloaf mountain. Longfellows Restaurant is by foot, convenient store Annis is by foot. NGU Nutrition, High Peaks Artisan Guild, Post Office, Skowhegan Savings Bank by foot. Carrabassett River in tne back of the building is also by foot. Mainley Provision to buy groceries is a mile drive north. Dollar General is couple miles north. There is construction going on in the downtown area from 7am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Potential for some noise.
