Waterfront spot w/ hot tub - shopping and beaches!

Beautiful studio apartment located on Cedar creek, directly off of route one with Hot tub access.. 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15minutes from the beach area. apartment comfortably sleeps four people, you can squeeze six! Waterfront view from apartment. We live on the property and are happy to help with your entire stay! We are contractor and long term rental friendly :) we also welcome Families with children or pets :) We have been airbnb super host at our previous home and LOVE doing it! We enjoy meeting each and everyone of you and still maintain friendships with a lot of our guests. We are easy going people & we do allow children on the property / pet friendly to an extent. We do have 3 medium sized dogs that live in the main living area. two of which are mouthy so might not be the most silent location to stay at but we do our best! We are smoke free inside of the apartment, don’t care if you smoke outside as long as you dispose of the butts. Our apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people, but we have accommodations for up to 7 people! MUST pick up after pets. Pets must be crated if you aren't on the property. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Trampoline is OFF LIMITS no exceptions! Guests will not have any access to the main living quarters or any of the garage areas. You will only have access to the studio apartment which is through our two car garage. You will not be able to park in, or use any of the garages. You will have parking spaces in the driveway, as many as needed! You'll have access to our hot tub which is attached to our home in the sun room! You will not be able to access the inside of our main living area. Zack and I are available most of the time, we are business owners and work long days. With that being said we work a few minutes away and could be here if needed! We will try to greet every guest at time of arrival to show you around! We look forward to your stay and want to make It as smooth as possible! We are also always available by call or text! Our home is 15 min from Lewes. The beaches & tax free shopping are close as well. We are 10 minutes from the Delaware turf complex. 10 minutes from broadkill beach, 12 minutes from easySpeak distillery/restaurant & approximately 10 minutes away from historic Milton including Dogfish brewery. Located directly off of route one makes for an easy commute north or south. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which can be mouthy at times.. only when they are excited that we are home it’s not a 24 hours a day situation. We are middle aged and tend to have friends over frequently, we are polite and stay to ourselves but potential for cars in the driveway!
