This sweet one-bedroom efficiency right in the Gateway to the Green Mountains has everything you need, whether you are looking for a short weekend getaway or longer seasonal stay. Opening up this listing with all new small-kitchen appliances, queen bed, and new bathroom. Central to the town park and stores, and only miles away from ski areas, hiking trails, and water activities. There is ramp access to the main door, as well as stairs. We are just steps away from the main square in Bristol. You will find the charming park, gazebo, and Veteran's Memorial welcoming and open. Then just hop over to the next block for breakfast at Snaps or Bristol Cliffs Cafe, lunch or dinner take-out at Cubbers, the Bobcat, or Chinese at Wokkys. Shaws Grocery store and Walgreens are also on the same block. Easy walk to anywhere in town, 15 minutes from Middlebury, 35 to Williston/ Burlington, and less than 30 min to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Middlebury Snowbowl, or cross country skiing at Rikert. The pictures do show the spaces available, but our feedback has been to ensure guests know there is not an actual living room type space. It is truly the bedroom, entryway, and the narrow area that is the kitchenette at one end and the bar-height table at the other. There is almost room for a large love-seat in the bathroom:), but the efficiency is just that.
