SUNSET VILLA - The perfect place to stay and play!

My cottage is a beautiful year round gem located on the Tay Shore Trail with Stunning views of Georgian Bay! The most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see and the reviews speak for themselves....mins from Marinas, Fishing, Boating, Skiing, Snowmobiling, Bicycling, Ice Fishing. Fabulous views while enjoying morning coffee, or relaxing while sitting aside the 20K paved trail. My place is good for anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the cottage experience! Three bedroom classic cottage with fully finished modern walkout basement. Located directly on the Tay Shore Trail and across the road from Georgian Bay. Water access (Rocky) across road. Marinas with motor boat rentals very close. The cottage has fire pit outback which is usable providing there are no township fire bans in affect at the time of your stay. Guest are required to provide their own firewood which can be purchased at the local store or Walmart/home depot Guests are required to bring their own bikes or outdoor equipment/ water toys as we can't provide guests with these items for insurance reasons. Owners live next door. Guests will receive a door code for access the morning of their arrival. Owners are close by and always available by text or call. The cottage is located across the road from the water . Nice quite dead end road with well used walking, biking (no motorized vehicles) trail out the front door. Relax or use as base camp for sightseeing, very central to many towns and activities. If you plan come fishing you will need to bring a boat or rent one at the local marina. As well you would need to rent a slip there to accommodate the boat as there is no docking space with the cottage. There is public water access when you can walk down and go for a swim, the water is rocky until you get out a little but nevertheless very refreshing and beautiful. Bicycling is a good option on the trail if you want to stay around the area small towns (10-30Kms). Taxi or own vehicle will be needed for further sightseeing. Snowmobile trails are in town (2Kms) and can be accessed by road. If you bring your larger boat (18'+) there are many places to visit that are close by water. ***Precedence is given to reservation inquiries that are 5 days to a week+ in the summer months. **Clean linens are provided and beds made. **BBQ has propane or use appliances. **Laundry Room open for FULL week rentals only. **Air conditioning - Mini split unit on both floors. **Fire pit and BBQ not available during winter months (seasonal only) ** Check in after 3pm ** Check out 11am (SHARP)
