A place to get away from the stresses of life! Happy Daze sits on a tree-lined bank overlooking the lake during Lake Barkley's summer pool, late May to early August. During this time you can fish out of your own yard or play in the water. There's so much fun to be had on the water bring your water toys! Boat launch is just four minutes away from Happy Daze or dock at neighbor's/owner's dock. We are here to assist you if need any help. Happy Daze is filled with amenities just for you! Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen...modern appliances...fridge, stove w/ double ovens, double sink and dishwasher all stainless. Tableware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, mixing/serving bowls, linens, duo coffee maker...12cup carafe & k cup. Bring your own coffee or use what's here...Maxwell House, Folgers or single serve Dunkin Donuts k-cups. Trash bags. Dish detergent. Dishwasher detergent. Cleaning supplies in closet by entry door, if needed. Fully stocked bath....bath towels, bath sheets, step out mats, hand towels and washcloths. Toilet paper. Tissues. Hair dryer. Full length mirror. Step stool & potty seat for kids. Mirrored wall cabinet over sink for storage. Bed linens and pillows are supplied for bed and queen sleeper sofa. Laundry room downstairs, through kitchen. Laundry is stocked with detergent, softener and dryer sheets for your use. Porch, deck and patio for your sitting pleasure. Large yard with a firepit. Fire wood is available, along with a wagon for your use. A tree swing for the kids or kids at heart! Private parking with space enough for your water toy trailers. Camping is allowed at Happy Daze! There's enough room for family and friends that like to vacation together! Additional charges per tent/camper and person. Must be responsible for own laundry during stay and day of checkout. Ask about camping rates. We like to give you space, but because our home is beside the guest's home, we may run into each other at times.
