Located on Lake Pokegama (1500 acres) one hour and ten minutes north of Minneapolis, it includes 4 tranquil acres with 2 ponds, woods, plenty of wildlife, bonfire pit, two kayaks, and life jackets. The shallow sandy-bottom lake is good for swimming. Four-section dock great for sunbathing or fishing. Plus pontoon rental (additional fee). The house faces west for gorgeous sunsets, and features a big family room with two-story stone fireplace (gas) and custom windows throughout. Large kitchen island with sink and eating area. Big deck with shaded section. Pokegama Lake connects to Cross Lake via the Snake River for fun boating. Great hiking at Banning State Park. Local supper clubs and Snake River Fur Post nearby. The lake can have an algae bloom in August, if the wind is right it can blow it to the properties side of the lake. If you bring or rent our boat you can guarantee you wont have to deal with it. Two main floor bedrooms with walk-in bathrooms will include a king in one and two queens in the other. Upstairs bedrooms will include two twin bunk beds in one and a twin over full in the other.
