Ground floor level apartment of 1830’s row house listed on historic register. and located in downtown Maysville. Our renovations were certified in 2021 by Kentucky Heritage Council and US Secretary of Interior for consistency in historic character. Property is walkable to shops, distillery, museum, restaurants, riverfront, and more. One bedroom with double bed and a four reclining seats in sofas in living room. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Great desk/workspace with fast wifi. Private, off-street parking in rear or large free city parking lot in adjacent block. Entrance on rear Adjacent to historic downtown entertainment district, walking distance to shopping (EAT Gallery, Local 68, Dear Faith, Lamb’s Ear, Elementz, and more), restaurants (Babz Bistro, Korean Kitchen, Parc Cafe, Caproni’s, O’Rourke’s, Delite’s, and more), museums (Kentucky Gateway—free entrance included with stay!, Underground Railroad, Russell Theater, Old Pogue), with many more within driving distance in the nearby area. Owners also built with other neighbors a little free library less than 100 feet away where you can pick up some great reads! FREE entry to the KY Gateway Museum included with your stay! Parking for our Garden Flat is out back, behind the building only 40 feet away from your apartment door. Additional parking is available at the public parking lot a two minute walk east. Walk, bike, run or kayak! If you're traveling without wheels please see our neighborhood description to see all the things within walking distance. Geno's Taxi offers transportation solutions and the Maysville City Bus has a stop one hundred feet away. My favorite run was always "The Bridges": run east on 2nd to the Old Bridge (Simon Kenton bridge just East of Downtown), run to Ohio, run west along the river to the New Bridge (the Harsha Bridge), run to Kentucky and run east (carefully as its a narrow two lane road) back to the historic district. If you want, you can travel to and from Maysville via Amtrak. Our city's historic station is only a ten minute walk away!
