You may use these lockers to store things in between bookings, for lighter travel. You may even store things inside the bedrooms if you book often enough. Once again, although you have access to two bedrooms, they can be used in any manner you wish, such as as office, as meeting space with clients, etc. It is up to you. You get more privacy and flexibility in usage because the house will not be separately rented to multiple AirBNB bookings. Here is the best part, and why I can not list here for under $200 per day: there are 3 e-bikes on premise and a Tesla Model 3. You may use the e-bikes so long as they are not being used. When fully charged, they have a range of over 90 miles if rode on partial assist. Literally can get to the airport from here, so you won’t even need to pay for a rental car. If you need a ride from the airport, I can usually provide pick up or drop off myself, by car. The entire house is available except for other bedrooms. Laundry room, living room, kitchen, back porch, family room all available. The garage is, however, off limits unless special arrangements are made at extra cost. Garage access only for long term guests who demonstrate they are responsible people. This is necessary because it introduces an extra security hassle via the man door which would normally be seldom used. I am hardly ever home, but very accessible by text. Walking distance to Crossroads Shopping Center, which is anchored by Savemart, Office Depot, Target, and Home Depot. A dozen restaurants to choose from. Also three blocks from a medium size grassy area which the locals use for soccer practice.
