Across the street from The Hospital ER, 2 blocks from Centre. You will love our clean, comfortable apartment with large rooms on the 2nd floor of a historic 1800’s downtown building. Located above Harvey’s Restaurant so food and drink are only steps away. If you like to cook in you will love the fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room for a romantic meal. Enjoy‪ a great nights sleep on a great bed with clean soft linens that will hug you to sleep. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! This private one bedroom apartment has been newly renovated with newly refinished hardwood floors, it’s newly decorated and has a brand new kitchen. You will love the large rooms with 11 foot ceilings and will enjoy the comfortable feel of the apartment. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy with a full kitchen, wifi, 1 bedroom (queen) with walk-in closet and formal dining room, Living room has 50” smart TV with Netflix, Hulu Plus, Disney etc. There is a front entrance to 4th street and a back entrance to Walnut. If you go out the back it’s directly across from the Hospital ER. The whole apartment is yours. There is also back covered porch with a small table and chairs if you like sitting outside. If you are a smoker you can smoke there. During your stay if you need anything we are happy to assist. We want to take the worry away from your stay. The apartment located just above Harvey’s restaurant and short walk just around the corner to Copper and Oak, Bluegrass Pizza Pub, The Hub Coffee Shop and more. We are centrally located in downtown within short walking distance of Ephraim McDowell Hospital, Centre College, the Community Arts Center, and all of the local shopping and eateries.‬ Rent a car visit distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Go to Warrenwood Manor or to just spend a weekend exploring central Kentucky. Take a long drive on scenic roads. This is horse country and there are plenty to see. We are 45 mins from Keeneland and 90 mins from Churchill Downs. You will love the friendly feel and hometown charm of Danville “the city of first”. The apartment is located on the second floor and is located above a restaurant. Some noise from the restaurant and the street below could possibly disturb you if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper. Thursday night is ladies night which seems to be the noisier night. If you are fun and on the go, it’s the best place in town. If you want peace and perfect quiet it’s probably not the best spot.
