We have turned a 1,600 SF historical building built in 1946, originally as a Laundromat, into an 800 SF retail store facing Park Dr and an 800 SF apartment in the rear - our retail store provides unique house plants and home decor goods, as well as custom, made floral arrangements by Collette Budd who has been in the business for 15+ years she has been in countless publications with weddings from Santa Barbara to San Diego. PETS (PLEASE READ) If a pet is brought to our property with no disclosure there is a $500 fine. Only well-trained pets are allowed. Pet Fee $25/ per day, per pet. Pet Security Deposit $300 All done through third-party applications (Ven mo, Zell) Pets are allowed on the property but there are fees if items are damaged. The deposit is returned in full when cleaners confirm there are no damages. Pets are not allowed to be left in the cabin alone. Pets are not allowed on any furniture (bed, couch, chairs, etc.). Penalties below may exceed the security deposit and will be due by the tenant if they exceed the initial $300 security deposit. Excessive hair on couches, floor, bedding - $200 fee Animal urination on floor - $200 fee The staining of towels, bedding, couches - $200 fee.
