Built in 1864, this historic two-level cottage is just steps from the famous footbridge that spans Boothbay Harbor, and is less than a quarter-mile from the charming restaurants, seafood shacks, art galleries, shops, and recreational outfitters that the town is known for. Enter through the newly remodeled kitchen, where you'll find beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and even a dishwasher to take care of the clean-up. Prepare freshly caught haddock on the butcher block island, and gather for family meals in the spacious country dining room. Picking up some live Maine lobster from the nearby Boothbay Lobster Wharf? As they boil away inside, set the table on the deck and prepare steaks on the gas grill for a delectable surf-and-turf dinner. In the evenings, retreat to the comfortable living room to find plush seating, a flatscreen cable TV, and a wide selection of books and games for all ages. Need to catch up on a bit of work?
