Enjoy a unique experience in a fully renovated, Iowa barn. Situated on 2 acres of country landscape, this space offers high end appliances and cabinetry with tons of historic charm. Only 4 miles from University of Northern Iowa campus This barn is located next to our personal residence and serves as an interior design studio and office. Guests must respect our samples, and office area as well as office hours. (10-4 M-F) Guests may utilize the entire barn, aside from the 2 offices in the front portion of the loft Our home is next door so we will likely see you and can hang out on the patio if you choose :) We live 2 miles outside of city limits. 5 miles from target/ Walmart and restaurants, and only 4 miles from UNI campus Guests will need their own vehicle to get to and from During weekdays, we ask that you are checked out by 9 am - as we are open for business then.
