The beach is 200 feet from the home and is easily accessible down the gently sloping lawn. A neat old fish house covered with lobster buoys sits right on the edge of the ocean and houses kayaks, beach chairs, firewood, and all the items one needs to enjoy a Maine summer on the ocean.
