You’ll be steps away from the weekend farmers market, boutique shops and the towns’ restaurants. The backyard space and BBQ is entirely yours for enjoyment. The loft provides the perfect resting space for exploring this quaint town and the greater Catskills region. The entire loft and backyard is for your enjoyment. I can be contacted anytime with questions or assistance. The store below is open on the weekends and the owner will be around the property throughout the week but will not be accessing your space. Feel free to park alongside the building in the parking space. You will have private accommodations on the second floor and private use of the backyard. I live 5 minutes away and will be available anytime via email, text or phone call. As noted the owner will be around the lower level from time to time but the property is private and for you to enjoy. Welcome to charming Franklin, a historic town in the heart of the west Catskills. Franklin is noted as a destination for its famed antique stores and Victorian farmhouses that line Main Street. Franklin is about 15 minutes from Oneonata and 35 minutes from Cooperstown. There are numerous activities available close by including recreation/ boating on East Sidney Lake, hiking, fishing, nature-watching etc. There are taxi services in the area but we highly recommend bringing or renting your own car. The loft is on the second floor but only requires 3 stairs (total) to access the apartment. Please enter through the back and the door will be open with keys hanging from the coat rack.
