Watch one of our large resident alligators bask in the sun, the fish jump, or the egrets wade in the lagoon. It is a short walk to Pelican Beach where you can see the sunset over the Edisto River every night. Or hop on your bike and head to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest ocean-side dining, or the Seabrook Island Club's golf courses or restaurants - just .5 miles away. This Spinnaker Beach House allows you to be close to the activity yet enjoy the peace and tranquility of Seabrook. This beach house is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Enter into the beautifully decorated living room. Soft blue walls and sandy colored furnishing provide a wonderfully peaceful setting. The living area has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that open to the lovely view. There is an HDTV in the armoire for viewing your favorite shows. The dining area has a table that seats six and shares the same gorgeous views. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar for three. The kitchen has newer appliances, plenty of cabinet space. If you like dining outside, there is a table for four on the deck. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds. The room has a nautical decor, and there is a TV in the armoire. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king sized bed. The large room has cathedral ceilings, nice white furnishings, and an HDTV in the cabinet. The master bathroom is large and has an oversized vanity with the toilet and shower/tub in a separate room. The sliding doors lead to a deck with a high table perfect for watching the golfers tee from the difficult 18th hole on Ocean Winds or the wildlife on the lagoon. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. 777 Spinnaker is a fantastic home for your Seabrook Island vacation! Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
