Spacious Waterfront home Boundary Waters access

Welcome to Fall Lake! Everything has been redone from top to bottom- the new kitchen with quartz countertops is perfect for preparing large meals. Two living areas allow guests to spread out while still spending time together. The large deck outside is perfect for watching the sunset and grilling some freshly caught fish. The boat launch is just down the road and then you can dock your boat in the backyard. Fish off the dock or just enjoy the bald eagles that nest on the island nearby! This has been such a special project for us to work on, a labor of love! We’ve redone the whole house but tried to maintain some of the character of this historic home. NEW FOR 2022- a gorgeous new screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors, even after the mosquitoes come out!! Enjoy the cool breezes without the bugs :) We do not live in the area, but have family and resources there to connect with you. We are always available by phone- text, call or email. Located in Winton, just 5 minutes from Ely on gorgeous Fall lake. Access the boundary waters right from the dock!
