Located within seconds of interstate highway 270. The subdivision offers a private lake for communing with nature. This 2 bedroom and 1 office home (with 200 MB internet service) has full kitchen, family, dining, and living rooms. Complimentary coffee and tea can be enjoyed in privacy on the back patio. Ranch style house with 2 living rooms. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker, electric range, refrigerator, and microwave. Patio provide wonderfully area for relaxing. Master bedroom has a full sized bed and full private bathroom. An additional bedroom is equipped with full sized bed. A third room is setup as a dedicated office. Second full bathroom equipped with tub/shower. Guest have use of the entire house and garage. A laundry room located in basement equipped with washer and dryer. Guests have use of all supplies in the house. Guest has access to the entire house. Laundry room in the basement includes washer and dryer, which are available for use by guest. I provide my home for your use and do not provide in-person contact. You may call/text/email me at any time. Orchard Lakes Subdivision has 248 ranch-style homes and features nice lots with mature trees, large common ground including a lake. This home is very conveniently located in the Creve Coeur area near HWY 270 and Olive BLVD. Guest have use of 2 car attached garage. Additional bedding, blankets, and bedspreads are located in the closet of each bedroom. Bath, wash, and face towels are in the dresser (bottom-drawer) of each bedroom. In the master bedroom, towels are in the bottom-drawer located in the closet. All supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, beverages ...) in the house are for use by guests. Labels are placed throughout the house to help you locate supplies. Keyless entry: A security code for the front door is provided 24 hours before check-in date. To open the front door, enter your code and press the unlock icon, you will hear a chime and the keypad will flash green. Turn the knob and push. This door has a very good vacuum seal so you will feel a resistance. Keyless exit: When leaving the house by the front door; close and press the lock icon. Keyed entry/exit: You are welcome to use the kitchen/garage entrance. If you prefer to use the kitchen/garage entrance; send me an email before your arrival and I will leave a key for the kitchen door hanging in the kitchen. Remote control lights: Alexa AI is disable but guests are free to setup and use. Internet: The internet password and access identifier are posted on Airbnb. Garage & garage door remote: The clearance height of the garage is 6 feet 3 inches. You have use of the 2-car garage during your stay. A remote (1) for the garage is hanging in the kitchen near the door. Security: The doorbell contains a second camera, which will be disabled after you check-in by entering your access code. There are not any cameras in the main part of the house. I provide my home for your use and do not provide in-person contact. For your convenience you may text me at any time. During your stay you may see my lawn service provider. However, under normal circumstances no service person will ask or attempt to enter the house. Day of checkout: * Located in the closet of each bedroom is a clothes hamper. Please remove bedding (sheets, mattress pad, bedspread/quit) from the bed and place in the hamper. Please do not remove mattress protectors from beds. Leave the hampers in each bedroom. * Leave wet/damp towels in the bathtub/shower stall. * Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher; do not start the dishwasher. * Put all trash in the waste-can located in the garage.
