Home is clean and cozy. Newly remodeled. Guests have their own bedroom. Around the corner or drive to all major colleges, local hospitals, and shopping center 3 blocks away. The private house is located in a really nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. This contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, washer and dryer, Single and/or Double size bed, well-equipped kitchen, tableware, and much more! Guest will have access to the first level of the home, backyard, patio, and laundry room in the basement. We'll be available (mostly virtually) to offer help throughout your stay. We usually assign a house manager that guests can call/text anytime during their stay with any questions and/or concerns. We highly appreciate clear communication and constructive criticism to improve the guest experience. This single family home is situated on a really nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood close to everything. 3 blocks away from the shopping center, close to all major colleges, near a bus line. Public transportation nearby (walking distance) NEW - Free parking in the backyard. 1 parking space available. If parking in the driveway during the (Website hidden by Airbnb) prepared to shovel snow. We usually keep bags of salt you can use to diminish the shoveling process. Guests are expected to clean after themselves, take out the garbage and place it in the appropriate trash cans, wash their dirty dishes and/or linens. Especially guests staying longer than a few days. We clean and sanitize the place before check-in and after check-out.
