Entire basement with sauna, PC Desktop & 60in TV

Rent entire basement (about 900 sq ft) with bedroom, 60 inch TV, adjustable standing workstation with powerful desktop computer, sauna and hot tub! Pet friendly but pets must stay in basement and can't roam house. Access to kitchen, living room and outdoor living space. Please note that I and other guests may use the sauna/exercise area in the basement in the other room. The door to the basement isn't lockable but the bedroom/bathroom is. Entrance is through the main entrance on 1st floor that goes straight into the basement. Parking is available on driveway. Public transportation is about 15 min walk to nearest bus stop. 15 min drive to downtown Ann Arbor.
