Perfect if you need both to accommodate more guests, highly recommended! (The only area you are allowed to use on the roof is the pathway between the stairs and the door.) The location to over 100 shops, over 30 amazing places to eat (some are award winning!), bike trails, bike and kayak rentals, footpaths, trails, hidden gems, and so much more, the list is endless...pretty much all within walking distance!!! No parties or events are allowed anywhere on the property, per our city ordinance. (License number STHR 2018-07) There's also no smoking of any kind allowed and no candles. The building itself is on its 130th year, has gorgeous stone and brick walls, originally a warehouse, original hard wood floors, renovated to 3 lofts in the late 80's early 90's, tons of character, perfect for vacation stays!
