Madeira Beach Home Away From Home

Welcome to your Madeira Beach home away from home. Our rental is located in the Madeira Beach Yacht Club. It is located just across the street from the Beautiful Madeira Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is just a 30 min drive from St Pete/Clearwater airport or 50 min from Tampa airport. It is close to other area beaches and attractions such as John's Pass Boardwalk and shops, Treasure Island beach and Pier 60 in Clearwater beach. Our condo is a 2 story (2nd and 3rd floor) and is 1040 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and will sleep six. The 2nd floor has a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen and powder room. Outside the entrance there is a balcony for enjoying the Florida outdoors that views the waters of the back bays. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and has a private sitting area with TV, couch and a walk in closet. It also has a view of the back bay waters. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 large closets and views of the back waters. There is also a full bathroom with stackable washer and dryer for use during your stay. The complex has 2 swimming pools, sauna room, hot tub and small gym. It is also conveniently located directly next to the city owned park and recreation facility. It has a children's play ground, splash area, basketball courts, tennis courts and a fishing pier. We are also conveniently located close to grocery store, restaurants and other shopping in the area. There are beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas in the condo for your trips to the beach. We want this to feel like your home away from home and hope you have a comfortable stay. In case you need anything we are just minutes away and can be reached by cell phone. Can not be booked with less than a 15 day advance notice which is required by condo association.
