I love to travel and rent the entire house while away . Beautiful private nature setting. Impeccable home. In your master suite: king bed in the immense master bedroom, office with twin bed, washer&drier, half bath. Master bath with steam shower & large jacuzzi, gourmet kitchen. LOTS of space to relax and enjoy, beautiful back yard with oversized deck, BBQ grill, in ground pool with beach entry (open May - August), swing set and zip line, trails at the door! All exclusively for you! The entire house is available, you have exclusive use of all the rooms and areas in the main house. The guest suite is NOT rented to others during your stay, but you can rent it if you have more than 5 people in your group. Pool and outdoor hot tub are only open mid-May to mid-September. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi open year-round. The house and neighborhood are very peaceful, private, in the middle of nature! We absolutely love the back yard! The house is very spacious, bright and has beautiful views. Simple, comfortable, clean decor. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. You will enjoy an oversized master bedroom with super comfy king bed, great views of the back yard and lake, gleaming hardwood floors. Also, bonus office room with twin bed and washer drier. Toys, games and art supplies, perfect for a family with kids. Please note there are stairs between floors, so not ok for toddlers left alone or for elderly with mobility issues. This spacious home and pool are yours to enjoy exclusively! Everything you need is here! Laundry room, toys, all kitchen utensils, lots of space! Guest has exclusive use of master bedroom, 2 half baths, office room, twin room. No access to the guest suite, but if you need more space, we can rent that to you as well (2-3 adults can sleep there as well). The guest suite will not be occupied while you rent the house, so the property is exclussively yours during your stay. Occasionally we allow for a day time pool party ($600, 3 hrs, up to 12 people including kids). No overnight stay for more than 5 people. we are one phone call away! Very quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood with very lovely people. Please respect the peace and the quiet hours. You can walk around at all times, very safe. The woods are right next door, lots of beautiful trails, you can hike them dawn to dusk. Three mile trail around the lake, perfect for an avid runner. You can take our kayak on the lake. Golf course and small neighborhood lake beach (not sandy!) are walking distance (10 min through the woods). Lots of birds and wildlife to photograph. You will need a car or Uber. Commuter rail is 10 minutes away by car. Easy access to highway 95 and 93. 20+ min to Boston by car. Commuter train leaves Canton every hour. There are stairs between floors. Not ideal for people with mobility issues or crawling babies. No pets. Occasionally we allow for a day time pool party ($600, 3 hrs, up to 12 people including kids).
