However, the home is walking distance to the ocean, shops, golfing, tennis, train station into NYC, and much more. This neighborhood is a very nice, quiet family oriented vacation spot. PartIies and invited people who are not on the guest list is a violation to the house rules. Fines will be applied accordingly for the violation in addition the cost of any additional damages to our home. Under-booking the number of persons staying will be double the cost per night for each additional person.
