This apartment is located conveniently less than a half hour away from Times Square and less than 15 minutes from upper Manhattan, depending on traffic. The apartment is within miles driving to the George Washington Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel, Times Square, MetLife Stadium, Glenpoint Marriot, Garden State Plaza, Yankee Stadium and many other major malls, bridges and tourist attractions. Come stay and easily visit the Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero 911 Memorial, Empire State Building, Times Square, Central Park and many other NYC attractions. You can easily drive into the city or take the express or local bus that is conveniently located within walking distance that goes into New York City for $4.50 per adult. The modern space includes 4 flat screen TVs, all ready for use with cable and DVD players. The modern kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and lovely deep brown wooden cabinets. The modern kitchen includes a convenient dishwasher, blender, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking tools, pots and pans are also provided. Excellent if you are trying to save money and cook some meals for the family periodically. The modern bathroom includes marble tiles and an incredible shower with a flat screen TV, modern vessel sink and a large jacuzzi tub. Watch TV while you shower or relax in the soothing jacuzzi. Each bedroom is located on its own separate level for privacy with modern decor. 2 comfy Queen size beds (1 in each bedroom) and 1 full size great quality air mattress available upon request if needed. Master spacious suite is on the private upper level with the second plush bed and mattress. There is a leather massage chair in the main bedroom for relaxing after a long day of seeing tourist attractions. Recently updated all air conditioners. Guests can adjust their own heating to their desired temperature. Fresh towels and linen available, as well as two irons and a blow dryer. The living room has beautiful wooden floors and soft micro suede furniture. Lovely decor is seen throughout the apartment. Fits 4 people comfortably and 5 if air mattress is requested. Pets acceptable for an additional fee of $100. Free private parking for one normal sized car is available on premises, but there is ample public free parking near the home as well. Playstation 3 game unit and games included with 2 controllers. Playstation 3 Move also included with 2 controllers. Great for entertaining children and teenagers, as well as adults. Games available for use: Mortal Kombat, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, Super Street Fighter IV, Lego Indiana, Just Dance 3, Sports Champions, Sports Champions 2, and Fight Lights Out.
