The Space: Top to bottom we will deck you out with our newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible: high speed wifi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a grand dining room etc etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered! The master suite has one king size bed, dresser, 42" smart TV and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 boasts a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin over twin bunk bed, as well as a twin over full bunk bed. You will find the laundry closet fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. The garage can fit ONE car, the driveway can easily fit THREE more cars and additional TWO cars can comfortably park in front of the house (if you plan on bringing more then 6 cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements). Guest Access: Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The house is only 15-20 minutes drive from Downtown/Uptown Dallas. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
