The adjacent dining room (seating for eight) opens to the great room which is furnished with a gas fireplace, love seat, sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations, and a flat-screen TV. Two and a half baths and a large utility room with washer and dryer round out the main level. Guests will be amazed with what the lower level has to offer. The beautifully finished basement includes three bedrooms with king size beds. The third full bath is located downstairs in the common area for convenience. The lower level is also home to a huge family/rec room which includes a TV viewing area, sofa bed, ping pong/pool table, foosball, air hockey, and wet bar with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The home also features a theatre room with a 60 in. flat screen TV, cable, and multiple levels of comfortable seating. This is where your guests will want to be for the big game and/or movie night.
