The house is on a double lot with lots of native shrubbery for privacy and bird watching. Seaview is a family community. From the house it's an easy stroll to the beach, the bay, or to shops and restaurants in Ocean Beach. Wonderful for children (no cars on Fire Island!) or for a relaxed vacation for adults.
