Coconut Beach - A fantastic beachfront location

Coconut Beach is a wonderful new house finished in 2017. The deck looks down on the Harbour Island Pink Sand beach and out on the reefs that protects this wonder beach from the surf. The living room, dining and kitchen area have amazing views of the deck, beach and ocean. Covered porches allow for the enjoyment of the view while being protected from the sun. The beach is a short walk (50 feet or so) from the porch. Two bedrooms each have their own bath with both a tub, shower and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bed room has four single beds. The set up is perfect for a family.
