Welcome to The Palms! - Ocean views 3rd deck - Newly furnished - 2 Master Bedrooms - Large .42 acre lot with ocean views - Over 50 Palm Trees on-site - Private HEATED POOL, decks, covered patio - 3 story home has a 2 separate entrances - Full Kitchen, Kitchenette and BBQ grill - Beach Wagon, Chairs, Boogie Boards - Tree swing, spacious play area Guests who book are entitled to access to Serenata Beach Club for an extra fee. 1st Floor: With a separate entrance, this home is perfect for multiple families. The ground level is the 1st master queen bed, 1 bath, and a living room with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave), the living space has a 65 inch TV that is wall mounted and can be titled out facing the pool area. The space also has a sliding glass door and large window facing the pool. A queen bed located in the bedroom, the living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper and an ottoman that converts into a twin bed. 2nd Floor: The 2nd level has a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen, double ovens, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, bar seating, and two sink areas. There is a formal dining room just off the kitchen that offers seating for six and an outdoor dining table on the 2nd floor deck. The 2nd floor living area is equipped with a 65 inch Roku TV, two full size couches and two chairs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach. 3rd Floor: The 3rd level has a large master suite with a king bed, Roku TV, soaker tub for two, shower, double sinks, and separate toilet room. The 2nd master suite also has sliding glass doors out to the third level deck with a hammock for relaxing and taking in the views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ocean view and sliding glass door to deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached. Full laundry room also located on this floor. Outdoor Area: The property has a tree swing, playhouse, and to top it all off the beach is just across the street! Grill up your fresh catch under the covered patio. The pool has a Shamu shelf (shallow water 4x12 that is 1ft deep) with an umbrella for sun protection, pool, and pool lights that display multiple colors making night swimming amazing. There are string lights under the deck and around the pool that are on a timer from 8:00-10:00. It lights ups the space and looks magical. The Palms is where memories happen and quality time is spent. Their "Members-Only" Club is situated on the high breezy dunes overlooking the beach. You will enjoy sun filled days at the beach, the adults only pool or play with the kids at their expansive family pool, heated in the winter. Gaze over the Atlantic Ocean vista from their beautiful dining room, cocktail lounge or covered verandas while enjoying fresh sumptuous fare throughout the day and night. Work out in their fully equipped fitness center and take part in any number of club activities and amenities designed to enhance the beach lifestyle. Want to enjoy a dinner without the kids? Drop them off at the onsite daycare and enjoy a gourmet meal beach-front while the kids have a blast in a safe environment. The fee for a family of 8 is $305 per week and it must be set up in advance through the beach club. The beach is across the street, Vilano community center is on our street (basketball, tennis, pickle ball, baseball, playground, yoga classes), Publix is .5 miles away, several restaurants are within walking distance (Beaches at Vilano, Puccinis Pizza, Fire Wok, and Vilano Grill 180). The Vilano fishing pier is just around the corner and within walking distance via the community trail under the Vilano bridge. This home is not for large gatherings or parties unless approved prior to booking. Security Hold of $500 for any potential damages.
