1 BR Quiet Del Mar condo unique park-like complex.

Non-smoking, remodeled condo. Furnished and perfect for Travel Nurses or Corporate Executives needing a place to stay while in beautiful San Diego. Has king size bed & queen size futon/sofa bed for approved guests. What attracted us to initially move to this area was the unique park-like feel around the complex. Lots of grass & mature trees throughout & easy access to pool/gym. Close to northbound, southbound & westbound freeways (see map). We provide 24 hr. security porch camera for package deliveries and peace-of-mind. The following is to make sure you are fully aware of what our property provides and to make your experience staying at our place is a smooth one. The few concerns and feedback I get from guests will be discussed in the following paragraphs. Please keep the feedback coming. Especially important if we don't deserve an outstanding 5-star rating :) We are always looking to improve and your feedback is helpful to have during your stay. I was a Superhost on Airbnbs platform till my HOA required that I rent out my place for minimum # of stays per year which eventually dropped my Superhost status as a result of me not being able to book 10 bookings per year. I meet all the other criteria needed. (i.e. cleanliness, response rate, no cancellations, communication, check-in, location, value, accuracy, and overall experience) Take a look at ratings and reviews from past guests to get a good sense of what you can expect when you stay at our place. See link below to our place on Airbnb to verify reviews. There is a neighborhood park right across the street from our complex. Walking distance to 2 shopping centers. Quick 5-minute drive to Del Mar beach or Torrey Pines state reserve (for great hiking). Avis car rental walking distance from condo. (In case you Uber and later decide you want to rent a car). Ceiling fans in both living room, dining room, and bedroom. (6 speeds) Roku stick, High-speed Wi-Fi, Spectrum TV with many cable channels. The space is 650 square feet. "The you've been warned" section :) Just a heads up. San Diego stays relatively pleasant throughout the year (upper low to upper 70's) but there will be about 3-4 weeks during the summer that it can get into the high 80's or low 90's. Even though we provide ceiling fans and table fans it can get a little uncomfortably warm during the day hours so hang out at the pool or go sightseeing if it starts to warm up. This is especially true if you have more bodies in the condo (4 guests vs. only 2 guests). At night it can get uncomfortably warm 1 or 2 weeks out of the whole year. So it can be quite random but again happens a small fraction of the time throughout the year due to Santa Ana winds. Feel free to leave the windows open to let out any warm air while you are away during the summer months. Our neighborhood is one of the safest in all of San Diego but even with any safe neighborhood, cars can get broken into if valuables are left while you are asleep or not around. Take anything a burglar would want inside. (Happy to say no guests have been burglarized since we started hosting back in August of 2015. I only bring that up because I randomly thought of it and would hate to have you have an unpleasant experience, should that happen). My cleanliness rating is sparkling clean but if our place does have a cleaning detergent smell to it when you first arrive, just open the windows and door and light the scented candle on the black side table and it will be gone in a matter of minutes. (My cleaners mop the floors and on occasion use more liquid mop solution than needed which has caused a slightly noticeable detergent smell right after a cleaning).
