Spacious and airy three story, 4 bedroom getaway in the center of Aspen. Your family is three blocks from the Gondola, two blocks from Lift 1 and one block from the Highlands/Snowmass/Buttermilk buses. An easy stroll home from any of the Aspen restaurants, shops and Paradise Bakery through the pedestrian malls. Four blocks from City Market or Carl's Pharmacy. Garage for a car and ski gear, plus a driveway for two more cars. Our preference is to rent for 30 days or more. We want our home to become your home away from home. The top floor has 20 foot-high ceilings, voluminous windows looking on to Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain, a large living room with a 70” TV, a second seating area with a gas fireplace, an outdoor sundeck, a dining area for eight, and an oversized kitchen equipped with a Viking range, Sub Zero refrigerator, 50” TV and central food prep island. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a king or two beds and TV. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and the master bathroom has his and her sinks, a private toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. The fourth bedroom on the bottom level is ideal for a maid/nanny (or teenager!). There is a private office.
