Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. RRI will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. Guests will not receive an exception to the cancellation policy if unable to travel. Travel insurance is recommended Due to circumstances beyond our control, pool renovations will be taking place in 2022. The start and completion dates are unknown at this time and we expect some noise during the project. Grills Available Seasonally (May 15 to October 16) We are committed to responsible hosting. We use smart home technology to ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of guests and residents in the community. The smart monitor may measure decibel levels, motion, temperature, humidity, the number of Bluetooth enabled devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The smart monitor is 100% privacy-safe and cannot capture audio, photos, videos, personally identifiable information, or monitor data on the internet. The monitor cannot listen to conversations or sounds and it does not have a camera. This property has professional cleaners and supervisors of cleaners who follow strict guidelines and protocols designed to prevent the spread of diseases and flu. These professional cleaners utilize hospitality-grade and EPA approved cleaning solutions and sanitizers. Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming studio with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Within easy walking or bicycling distance, as are Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. Main Street, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life, is a mile away. Smoke free property. No Pets.
