Garage stores a seldom used truck. There's a guest house about 20 yards behind the house that is occasionally occupied. Casual, gracious country spot to just relax, cozy up with a book on a sunny garden bench or in front of the fire place. Recharge your soul, break up a hectic holiday, or share a special weekend with family and friends. Our small town is regularly in the top three cities to live in the DFW metro area. It s a safe, quiet neighborhood where you will hear owls and coyotes nearly every night. We can accommodate 11 guests but the base rate is for the first four guests. There is a small additional fee for additional guests. If you are new to short term rentals, this is pretty standard. Because rates fluctuate based on time of year and number of guests, please enter your dates and number of guests to get an accurate rate. We do have cameras outside the home for the protection of homeowner and guests.
