A second full-size bath is just outside the bedroom door. Additionally, an L-shaped sleeper sofa is in the living room for an extra guest to sleep comfortably. This first-floor unit is the only rental on the property with direct access to the pool deck and pool! The pool is canal side with a great view. Our outdoor pool deck allows for ultimate relaxation while you barbecue and enjoy spirits! Free dockage is also available with tie up being perpendicular to the dock not parallel, allowing maximum dock space for all boaters.
