The dining and living rooms are great for gatherings, and the remodeled kitchen has all the you'll need to make great meals including pots, pans, coffee maker, colander, garlic press, dishes and utensils, toaster, rice maker, Instant Pot, blender, and basic spices and oils. While here, you can kayak, play Badminton, roast marshmallows at the beach-side fire pit, paddle, play a round of bocce ball, or just relax. There is an eagle's nest next door and the birdlife generally is amazing, especially in the winter. A pair of seals keep an eye on the house most days, and a pair of deer often flank the bocce ball court.
