#1 - A beach place by Silver Sands Park

Come relax or enjoy a beach community. The entire 1st floor apartment is available for you and your guests - 2 BRs, 1BA, sleeps up to 6 adults or a family of up to 6. Convenient to Yale and I-95. Explore Silver Sands State Park, restaurants and dining. Have a BBQ in the private backyard. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, the neighborhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a bright, sunny space. Look out at the beach or walk steps to the beach. Guests can use the entire 1st floor apartment - LR, BRs, BA, Eating area, Kitchen, W/D. The beach is available right across the street. A small back deck and back yard is also available for guest use. We use a keypad entry system on the door leading to the apartment unit. When you confirm your reservation and upon your arrival, we will provide you with the 4-digit number to enter into the keypad. To unlock, enter the 4-digit number followed by the [Kwikset] icon on the keypad. To lock the apartment, simply press the [Kwikset] icon on the keypad. We are right next door if you need any help or information about the area and amenities. You will have unobstructed views of Charles Island, the beach and water. Also, walk right across the street and grab a spot on the beach, stroll up and down the beach or right over to Silver Sands State Park. There is a great, small greek restaurant next door (in season) for your convenience! Also Silver Sands State Park is at the end of the street (about 100-150 yards (my guess?) for you to explore ( We are close to downtown Milford (~5 minutes) and I-95. Yale is nearby. Street parking is available.
