Welcome to your beach vacation! This waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach. Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth and Dewey, take a short bike ride 1 mile to your toes in the sand. Ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk or hike the Thompson Island Trail to the Bay. Go Surf Fishing at any of the 2 Delaware State Parks or shop at the nearby tax-free Outlets. Whether you want to spend the day at the neighborhood pool or make it a beach day, your ideal vacation awaits you here in Rehoboth Beach! The first floor is an open floor plan with a Living Room, Dining Room and fully supplied Kitchen. From here, you can walk onto the patio overlooking a lakeside view. Feel free to use the charcoal grill, compete with grilling tools or kick back and watch your favorite show on Netflix on the Amazon Smart TV. A bathroom and Laundry room are also located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all with cathedral ceilings. The Captain's Suite has a King sized bed with a full bathroom, and a private deck with a lake view. The Ocean Room has a Queen sized Bed and the Surf Shack has 2 twin beds. These guests share a full bathroom also located upstairs. The Living Room sectional pulls out into a full sized bed that sleeps 2. A second TV is located in the Captain's Suite with Netflix and a DVD player as well. All towels and bed sheets will be provided for guests. Guests will have access to the Storage Unit in front of the house which is stocked with beach supplies like chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and boogie board. 2 parking spaces are available right in front of the house with additional parking nearby and a Community Pool Pass is provided. **PLEASE NOTE: During the Summer Season (June 27-August 28) we only accept weekly bookings Sunday to Sunday.
