This house has been renamed to Rio Rodanthe due to it having an AMAZING lazy river ! This is the ONLY house in Cape Hatteras Island with it's own private Lazy River and outdoor water area and play area for adults and children of all ages ! Wading/kiddie pool, 140 ft lazy river, sand volley ball area, fire pit, and much much more ! Your family will be the envy of all of your friends and family. The construction is Done ! This house is set up for your pets, your kids and kids of all ages ! 2019 season we can boast that we have the only private lazy river and kiddie area in addition to our pool and hot tub in Hatteras Island. Along with our own working replica of the Cape Hattaras Lighthouse in the center of the lazy river ! Pool heats (Lazy River and Big Pool only) available April 15 - November 1st - weather permitting at an extra cost.
