This duplex is in mint condition and comes with many luxury amenities!!! Rentals are for a minimum of 1 week and are from Saturday to Saturday (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!) Any cleaning required or damage incurred as a result of a guest stay may result in the guest having to pay for said cleaning/damage. Guests to supply own sheets, blankets, pillows, pillow cases and towels. Beach rental flag (which allows you to stay on the beach) costs approximately $150 per week along with a refundable $25 security deposit. The beach rental flag can be obtained from the Seacrest Beach lifeguards. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/PETS ALLOWED!!!
