Washer and dryer 1st floor- Features a huge wrap around deck, open concept kitchen/living room with sectional and fireplace, 1 guest bedroom with bunkbeds, 1 full bath, and a master bedroom with attached bath 2nd floor- Loft with queen pullout couch and entertainment area, 1 full bath, 1 guest room with queen bed. 5 minutes from I-90 and Taconic state Parkway 2hr30 from Boston, MA and NYC 10 minutes to restaurants, brewery’s, and bars in the Village of Chatham, NY. 30 minutes to the shops, restaurants, brewery’s and bars in the city of Hudson, NY. 15 min to Price Chopper Supermarket in Chatham 15 minutes to Queecy lake. Ski resorts nearby- 30 min drive to Catamount, Jiminy Peak, Butternut and Bousquet Mountains. Also 1hr30 to Bromley, VT 1hr45 to Mount Snow, VT 2hr to Gore Mountain NY in the Adirondacks 2hr15 to Stratton Mtn Vt Guests will be required to climb stairs to enter the property.
