Very popular in our rental program! Moon Beach Cottage is a charming cottage, with private pool, located just north of the famous Fort Myers Beach Pier. Recently updated, this charming property offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. A lovely porch on the front is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. A brand new sparkling, heated, private pool with an expansive sundeck is waiting for your special beach getaway. Rinse off with the pool shower before jumping in the pool or wash the sand off your feet with the foot bath by the entrance of the house . You can access the beach right across the street or walk to all of the shops and restaurants in the Times Square area.  A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions.
