Bay and Beach Blessing is on the quiet north end of the island. It is steps from the beach and on Matanzas Bay a beautiful pool and private boat dock. This is a wildlife lover`s Paradise! Watch dolphins frolic , manatees swimming by, and a host of native birds that stop to visit . Enjoy amazing Sunrises from your 300 sf lanai and spectacular sunsets on the beach across the street. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home has a new kitchen with granite counter tops and marble floors. The master suite has a view of the bay and a stunning new master bath. Times Square and the pier are only 1/2 away for shopping and entertainment. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions.
