Lake Muskoka Chalet with Stunning Sunsets

Located in the heart of Muskoka, this luxury chalet has an ideal location on the water. It has sun all day and great sunsets over the quiet bay. Due to the location of the bay, the water is very calm and great for swimming, however it has access to lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph for endless boating and fishing. The Chalet is finished with gorgeous cherry hardwood floors and has a loft with 18ft ceilings and a commanding view of the water. A kayak and two canoes are included with the rental. The lot is flat out to the water and is safe for kids. The water starts off shallow around 2 ft at shoreline, after which the granite bottom gradually deepens until the end of the dock. After about 20-25ft the water gets deep quickly, however at the end of the dock it is too shallow for diving in. The lake bottom is mainly granite with some lake sand. There are NO weeds. The Boat slip has a 10ft beam, and about 2.5-3ft of draft depending on the season, however it is usually occupied, unless arrangements are made in advance. There is a channel in our private bay that leads out to lake Muskoka/Rosseau/Joseph. Road to cottage has been repaired in early 2019 We now have high speed internet, satellite TV, Netflix, Apple TV and a BluRay player
