A mudroom and utility area leading to the back door is where you have your own washer and dryer. The ranch house has both central and zone heating as well as window air conditioning units for seasonal heating and cooling. Your hosts are generally onsite in a separate dwelling on the property, and therefore readily available to answer questions and assist you during your stay. A car is absolutely necessary for visiting the Cooperstown area.
