Best in Class 2018-2020 Hermosa Beach Vacation/Corporate Rentals. We are ocean front with an amazing patio where you can enjoy ocean breeze's and BBQ's. We also have a new GYM with all new equipment as well as a boat of an included harbor cruise. Bikes as well and available for you too. We do not book outside of two weeks of an open booking date unless it is for a summer stay, June-August. Our Owner/Manager is a certified Vacation Rental Property Manager with the California Association of Realtors. June July and August must be booked as full month from the 1st to the 30th. We will not book from mid month to mid month. VRBO stayed at Hermosa Oasis twice! All our homes are sanitized with UVC Rays killing over 99% of viruses and The BBC has stated that UVC rays kill COVID 19. Time and CBS news talk extensively about UV-C rays and the killing of viruses. We implement these rays just as the gov did in NYC. We own RayofLight LLC. You may locate Ray of Light UV on the web, so we understand what it takes to get home more than clean and in today's climate a deep house cleaning is not sufficient. If booking one month we need to be close to the end of a current booking. If booking multiple month we can have more options, please inquire before putting in a request. We typically accommodate all requests. The Casa del Sol is one of four Homes located at Hermosa Oasis. The Del Sol offers great ocean views from the front patio. The home itself is in an oceanfront 4 unit complex. The Del Sol is located off to the rear of the apartment complex where morning light shines through with lots of light through out the day. The Casa del Sol is a non ocean view apartment with ocean view patio privileges. Relax unwind to the sound of crashing waves. Something a coveted Strand location provides.
