This accommodation consists of TWO Spacious 1250sf apartments located in a private, gated community in a close vicinity to the beautiful white sand beaches, golf courses, museums, restaurants and shopping malls! THE APARTMENTS These are 2 separate 2BR/2BA apartments, located up close or right next to each other. The price is for BOTH units. Each unit features: - Accommodates up to 5 guests - 2 TWIN BEDS in one bedroom - QUEEN SIZE BED in the other bedroom. - Spacious living room with a SLEEPER SOFA. - The fully stocked KITCHEN has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dinnerware, Glassware and utensils are supplied. - The attached DINING AREA offers plenty of space for casual meals. - An in -unit WASHER and DRYER are also available. - Linens and towels are provided - Maid service available upon request. ONSITE AMENITIES - Two SWIMMING POOLS and a HOT TUB - BBQ area - 2 TENNIS courts - Basketball Court - Full-service front desk, 24/7 security. - FREE PARKING - Clubhouse with Pool Table and weekly activities. In the light of COVID-19 restrictions, some of the amenities may not function as advertised.
