Modern amenities ensure a carefree and comfortable stay. This home is nestled into a lovely, sandy bottom swimming cove and has a private 75’ dock to accommodate your motor craft. Sleeps up to eight people. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, living room has a queen pull out couch and the upstairs loft has queen and full-size beds. Equipped with a modern kitchen, sun porch, gas grill, and ample seating outside, you’ll feel right at home. Amenities include a washer/dryer, kayaks, paddle board, 65” flat screen TV, Xbox, pellet stove and plenty of board games. Sit back, relax and enjoy the mountain views or head out and explore the area. You will love how close it is to restaurants, local attractions, shops, grocery stores, and the lake harbors. Outdoor quiet hours start at 9:30pm. Property is best suited for couples and families. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Sunapee - 66 trails & 20 lifts (Mount Sunapee expansion has passed! 4 new trails, and 56 acres of skiing & high speed quad coming soon!) ½ mile to Newbury Harbor where there’s a Spa, Bubba's Restaurant, Ice Cream Window, gas station, coffee, and summer concerts. Marzelli's Deli is just down the road and has delicious paninis, pasta dishes, bakery goods, espresso and pick your own candy bar. Sunapee Harbor has waterfront dining, boat tours and shops just 10 minutes away. The Dartmouth Coach bus to/from South Station (Boston) is a 10 minutes drive away. The bus services Hanover, Lebanon and New London. Service is also available from Hanover and Lebanon to NYC. The closest grocery store is Hannaford's in New London (15 minutes away). It's in a plaza with a NH Liquor Store, Hardware Store, Pharmacy and Post Office. Spring Ledge Farm in New London is now open Monday - Saturday and has fresh vegetables, fruit and seasonal items. There is a Market Basket and NH Liquor Store off of Exit 9 in Bradford. The home is on a U-shaped street. The neighborhood is quiet and the majority of the homes are second homes to fellow New Englander's.
