This house is perfectly located to enjoy all that the Southcoast has to offer...Sandy beaches, kayaking, sailing, visits to Historic Newport, Bristol, Little Compton and beyond. My husband, a retired architect, redesigned this magnificent interior and as an interior designer, I added my touches. This house is a labor of love and enjoyment and we are happy to offer it to you for your vacation getaway. Launch your kayak out front. New public ramp for larger boats and fishing within walking distance. Eight minute seaside walk to Exquisite Boathouse Restaurant for waterfront dining. Stroll to local cafe, beach and more fine dining at the Red Dory. Short drive to Historic Tiverton Four Corners for shops, Gourmet cheeses, restaurant and locally famous Gray's Ice Cream. Tiverton is well known as a cycling area with wonderful country routes and a bike path over the bridge. Bring your bikes-a storage shed is provided.
